Google has a new web Calendar design
Google has now enhanced Calendar to make it easier to manage schedules at your desk.
A few months after Google added Reminders to Calendar for iPhone and Android, it has now enhanced Calendar to make it easier to manage schedules at your desk. It enables users to search for, and add events, from within the program, or through websites that use open standards for a calendar.
Google has implemented a number of major changes here. Users can now see the contact information of meeting participants when they hover over their names in a Calendar invite. Users can also add rich formatting and hyperlinks to their Calendar invites. Links to relevant documents, presentations, spreadsheets in their calendar invite and open them directly from the new ‘Event Detail’ view.
There’s a new way to view and restore deleted items in one place. Users can also manage multiple calendars side-by-side in ‘Day’ view. They can view and manage calendars.
