Flipkart, one of the leading e-commerce platform, saw sellers rolling out pirated games for customers on the website. As per the report released by Gadgets360, games including GTA V and Watch Dog 2 were made available by some online merchants which weren't the legal versions.

Among the two games, the highly popular Watch Dog 2 was listed in the form of a crack version which doesn't require any buying or security keys entering. Cracked version gives you access to the game without any authentication or money, just like the free games. As for the GTA V, the game was available in the form of account which had the game already registered for the customers to play.

Conventionally, these games are available in the form of Compact discs which are much costlier as compared to those which were illegally available on Flipkart. The illegal selling could be done by hackers who execute certain malpractices which help them in getting access to game accounts bought by others.

While the GTA V is developed by Rockstar games, Watch Dog is created by Ubisoft and both the games are renowned products in the gaming community. The sellers who had made the games illegally available, the e-commerce platform has already blacklisted them and unregistered them from the portal. Similar type of cases has been reported in the past as well. In 2014, certain Amazon seller had made available the pirated copies of Watch Dog game.
