HMD Global has announced the launch of the Nokia 3310 3G, an enhanced version of its classic feature phone launched earlier this year. The new model is tad larger in size and brings a new interface. On the outside the device looks exactly looks like the 2G version of the previously launched model. The feature phone comes in two versions, one with quad-band GSM and WCDMA 1/2/5/8, which would support AT&T's network in the US.
The display is colour and slightly larger at 2.4 inches. There is just one 2MP camera. It can take two microSIMs and works only in the 2.5G bands. You can add 32 GB with a microSD card — and its original USP, a torch is there.
It will go on sale next month, first in Australia.
