The HTC U11 also has micro sensors under the side frame to provide intuitive gestures, which is also known as Edge Sense. It also comes with Google Assitant, Amazon Alexa and HTC Sense Companion voice assistant.

HTC current flagship, the U11, is a flagship smartphone with a glamorous build and the highlighted ‘Edge Sense’ feature that lets you squeeze the smartphone for opening apps or doing on-device functions. However, the 5.5-inch display could be a bit big for users who prefer a sub 5-inch form factor. Therefore, HTC is working on a smaller version of the U11, dubbed as the HTC U11 Mini according to certain leaks.

LlabTooFeR, a well-known tipster, has given out certain details of the rumoured U11 Mini smartphone. According to leak, the U11 Mini is supposed to be powered by a Snapdragon 660 chipset. The device will sport a 5.2-inch 1080p display and will be powered by a 2600mAh battery. It will have a 16MP rear as well as front camera and will retain Bluetooth 5.0 from the U11.

The smartphone will be running Sense 9.0 built on top of Android Nougat 7.1.1. The best part about the U11 Mini is that it will reportedly retain two features that make the U11 unique – the squeezable ‘Edge Sense’ feature and the audio enhancing HTC U Sonic.

However, it is important to note that this is an unconfirmed leak, which is why you should look forward to an official confirmation from the company.
