Upcoming OnePlus 5 image leaked ahead of launch

A supposed image of OnePlus upcoming flagship smartphone OnePlus 5 has been leaked online by a technology news website Android Police. The website claims the leaked image of the device as “accurate” after double verification.

OnePlus is set to unveil the smartphone on June 20, while supposed image speaks a lot on the phone’s design just a week ahead of launch. The phone has long been tipped to come with a dual-camera setup at the rear and in the image, where the device is shown to feature dual-camera; the phone appears as an iPhone 7 look alike.

So far, the dual-camera feature is known to be the highlight of the upcoming model. OnePlus is reportedly known to have partnered with DxO Mark in order to work on the dual-lens camera for the flagship.

Other than this, the phone is teased to be smaller and more compact than the OnePlus 3T. It is speculated to feature a 5.5-inch full HD display, powered by Snapdragon 835, coupled with 6GB RAM and offering 64GB/128GB storage option. It is also expected to feature a bigger 3600mAh battery along with Dash Charge 2.0 and operate on Android Nougat.
