Geekbench scores reveal a Snapdragon 845 processor in the Vivo NEX S.

A few days ago, not one but three Vivo NEX handsets appeared on 3C China and they all had passed the regulatory agency. The three variants of the Vivo NEX that had been listed on the 3C certification website were revealed as Vivo NEX, Vivo NEX S and Vivo NEX A. The listing did not release much information regarding the specifications of the devices except that they could support fast 5V/2A, 9V/2A and 10V/2.25A charging over USB type C.

It now appears that a benchmark on Geekbench has spilt the news as to which handset of the three will be the flagship device. According to a Geekbench listing, we can see that the Vivo NEX S will be the flagship device as it comes loaded with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and run on Android 8.1 Oreo.

As per a report, the other two versions, the Vivo NEX and Vivo NEX A are expected to come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipsets. Out of the two, the Vivo NEX A will come with a 6.59-inch screen with a resolution of 2316x1080 pixels. The battery available here is said to be 4000mAh.

The Vivo NEX is believed to come with a 6.01-inch screen, 20MP and 16MP dual camera setup and a Snapdragon 710 chipset.

The flagship Vivo NEX S is expected to arrive with a huge 6.59-inch display and a 4000mAh battery as well.

All this and more will be made official when Vivo announces all three handsets on June 12, 2018.
