BookMyShow has unveiled its own music streaming service for the mobile platform. The service is called Jukebox and is exclusively available on the Android app as of now. However, the company promises rollout of the service to iOS soon.
Jukebox will offer its listeners comprehensive audio entertainment options across categories including horror, sports, Bollywood, news and business, kids, comedy, music, entertainment (story-telling, drama, mystery etc.), history, and mythology & devotion. The app uses machine learning to offer users content suggestions based on their preferences and usage, just like any other music streaming service. For offline songs, the app gives you music credits while purchasing a movie ticket, which can be used to redeem or download songs of your choice to and save them to local memory.
