ASUS Republic of Gamers launches Strix GL702ZC gaming laptop
The company had released this gaming laptop powered by the eight-core AMD Ryzen processor and is for pre-order on Flipkart.
The ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has announced Strix GL702ZC the gaming laptop powered by the AMD Ryzen eight-core processor with multithreading technology for a decent gaming performance.
On the specifications front, the Strix GL702ZC comes with 17.3-inch IPS Full HD (1920 x 1080) panel with 60Hz refresh rate and AMD FreeSync technology. It is equipped with AMD Ryzen 7 1700, 8-core 16 multi threads processor (with a maximum boosted the speed of 3.7GHz). For gaming, it has AMD Radeon RX580 graphics 4GB DDR5 VRAM with VR support. Coming to the storage it has 16GB DDR4 RAM along with 256GB SSD. The chiclet keyboard is Red backlit with anti-ghosting technology with 30-key rollover.
The connectivity and I/O ports include Bluetooth 4.1 and one USB 3.1 type-C port and three USB 3.0 ports, card reader, HDMI, mini DisplayPort and a 2-in-1 card reader. The Strix GL702ZC is powered by a 76Wh battery and weighs around 3.2 Kgs.
Strix GL702ZC features ROG Gaming Center, a dashboard that lets gamers launch ROG applications and access the settings menu. It works with integrated applications including ROG GameFirst IV, XSplit Gamecaster, and ASUS Splendid visual technology.
The ROG Strix GL702ZC is currently available for pre-order on Flipkart, which will be available from 20th March 2018. This gaming laptop will have a price tag of Rs 1,34,990.
