In the recent past, there have been a ton of leaks and rumours regarding the Nokia X5. The handset in global markets outside China will feature the moniker Nokia 5.1 Plus. The last we heard about this handset was a couple of weeks ago when it had received its Bluetooth certification. The leaked certification doesn’t reveal much about the technical specifications of the device, but it does hint that it's running on a MediaTek processor.

Since then, there have been leaked images of the handset and a report by GSMArena state that it will make its debut on July 11 at an event in Beijing.

In line with previous reports, the Handset will feature a MediaTek Helio P60 chipset and paired with either 3GB or 4GB of RAM. The display is believed to feature a notched design with an HD+ resolution and a 19:9 ratio. The rear will feature dual cameras with the primary sensor being 13MP and the secondary sensor, 5MP. The battery fitted in this handset is expected to be 3000mAh.

The Nokia 5.1 Plus (Nokia X5) is believed to be priced at CNY 800 (about Rs 8,332) for the base variant and CNY 1000 (about Rs 10,415) for the top of the line version.
