Apple iPhone 11 could start at Rs 53,000

Prices of the Apple iPhones have leaked hours before official announcement.

The Apple iPhone 11 lineup will be unveiled in a few short hours and the only aspect about these handsets that were missing was the price. With the latest leak by SlashLeaks, we know have an idea of how Apple may price the various iPhones.

As per leaked documentation posted on Weibo, the iPhone 11 will boast a price tag of USD 749 which translates to about Rs 53,000. This pricing is for the 64GB variant and the handset will come in 128GB and 256GB of storage as well. The 128GB option will cost USD 799 (about Rs 57,500) while the 256GB version will be priced at USD 899 (approximately Rs 64,700)

The iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max will ship with a base storage of 128GB and will also feature 256GB and 512GB options. The leaked image shows that the iPhone 11 Pro will start at USD 999 which is about Rs 71,900 and will stretch up to 1,199 (about Rs 86,000). The iPhone 11 Pro Max is said to begin at USD 1,099 (Rs 79,000) and will reach USD 1,299 (Rs 93,500)

The latest leak sheds some light on the camera configuration of the new iPhones and this matches up with previous leaks. The iPhone 11 will feature a dual camera setup on the rear that will include a 12MP wide-angle lens and a 12MP primary sensor. The OLED handsets, namely the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max will feature three rear cameras that comprises of a primary, wide-angle and telephoto lens all of which feature 12MP sensors.

Of course, this information is not based on official findings which means that as of now, it should be taken with a healthy dose of salt. However, with the leak falling extremely close to the announcement, there could be an element of truth to it.

Whatever the case may be, all this and more will be revealed in a few hours.
