Honor 8 Lite launched in India through offline channels
The Honor 8 Lite will be available in Premium Black color initially, followed up by blue color later this month.
Honor, Huawei’s smartphone e-brand for digital natives, has launched the brand’s latest smartphone under the flagship Honor 8 series- The Honor 8 Lite. The Honor 8 Lite will be available with Android 7.0 (Nougat) and EMUI 5.0 and will be the first device from Huawei Honor to come out of box with this update. The EMUI 5.0 has been designed to further enhance the Android 7.0 experience. The UI claims to provide consumers faster performance and a customisable user experience.
The Honor 8 Lite will be available in Premium Black color initially, followed up by blue color later this month, and will be available for purchase from 12th May 2017 at a price of Rs 17,999 across all Honor partner stores pan Indian. The device will be bundled with a 5V/1A charger, 3.5 mm handsfree with inline call button, standard USB-A to microUSB cable, transparent back cover.
The Honor 8 Lite will come with 15 month service warranty along with Honor’s signature door pick-up and drop after sale facilities offering additional piece of mind for the consumer.
On the specification front, the smartphone sports 5.2-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) display with 2.5D curved glass protection. It is powered by company’s own Kirin 655 octa-core processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage which is expandable up to 128GB using a microSD card.
It is equipped with a 12MP rear camera, while an 8MP front facing selfie camera as well with a 77-degree wide-angle lens. It is juiced by a 3000mAh battery.
