Samsung Galaxy J4 Core launched

The device features a bigger 6-inch HD+ TFT LCD display when compared to its predecessor.

Samsung has launched its second Android Go powered smartphone called Samsung Galaxy J4 Core, which is a successor to the Galaxy J2 Core (Android Go). As of now, Samsung hasn't revealed the details regarding price and availability of the Galaxy J4 Core. The device will be in Black, Gold and Blue colour options.

The smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition) and is powered by the same in-house Exynos 7570 quad-core chipset, that we witnessed on the Galaxy J2 Core. The handset comes with 1GB of RAM along with 16GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 512GB. The smartphone is backed by a bigger 3300mAh battery.

The device features a bigger 6-inch HD+ TFT LCD display when compared to its predecessor. Optics wise, the Galaxy J4 Core packs in the regular 8MP rear camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 5MP front camera with an f/2.2 aperture for shooting selfies. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Glonass, Bluetooth 4.2, USB 2.0 port and BeiDou.
