Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 1 renders leaked online
The leaked renders reveal both phones to be powered by Android One and Android Go programs.
Nokia’s first 18:9 display smartphone – the Nokia 7 Plus and the company’s first Android Go powered Nokia 1 renders have been surfaced online. The Nokia 7 Plus’ leaked image suggests that the phone is to be released as Android One powered smartphone.
According to famous tipster Evan Blass, who revealed these images on his Twitter account also uncover the phones’ rumoured specifications.
On the design front, the leak suggests that Nokia 7 Plus features an 18:9 display (with rounded corners) along with Carl Zeiss dual cameras at the rear and also a fingerprint scanner mounted below these sensors. According to earlier leaks from GSM Arena, this phone is rumoured to have a Snapdragon 660 chipset, along with 4GB of RAM. As this phone is powered by Android One program, we can expect this phone to ship with Android Oreo 8.0 out-of-the-box. This Nokia 7 Plus – Android One might be sold in two different variants, one for China and other to be an International variant.
Further, a compact designed Nokia 1 renders have also been showed up in his tweet, which suggests that this phone might be Android Go powered smartphone. Android Go is a lighter version of Android Oreo designed for phones which sport less than 1GB of RAM. The rendered Nokia 1 images suggest a single camera lens at the rear along with an LED flash and a smaller 4-inch display in the front.
Both these renders also feature front-facing cameras and also reveal their launch dates on the lock screen, which happens to be 25th and 26th of this month. These dates mean that this Nokia’s first 18:9 display phone might launch at MWC 2018.
