Honor launches MediaPad T3 and MediaPad T3 10 tablets for the Indian market

Both the MediaPads sport ultra slim metal body and come with pre-installed MS Office.

The Honor MediaPad T3 is priced at Rs 12,999 while the Honor MediaPad T3 10 is priced at Rs 14,999 and Rs 16,999 for 2GB and 3GB RAM variant respectively.

Huawei's online brand, Honor, launched the Honor MediaPad T3 and Honor MediaPad T3 10 tablets for the Indian market exclusively through the e-commerce website Flipkart. The Honor MediaPad T3 is priced at Rs 12,999 while the  Honor MediaPad T3 10 is priced at Rs 14,999 and Rs 16,999 for 2GB and 3GB RAM variant respectively.

Both the MediaPads sport ultra slim metal body and come with pre-installed MS Office. The split screen function, a special kid’s corner, blue light filter for eye comfort are other features it incorporates.

Powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 (MSM8917) SoC clocked at 1.4GHz coupled with 2GB of RAM, the Honor MediaPad T3 features an 8-inch IPS display with a screen resolution of 1280x800 pixels. It will be available with 16GB storage and will support expandable storage via microSD card (up to 128GB). Running on Android 7.0 Nougat with EMUI 5.1 on top, the MediaPad T3 includes a 5MP autofocus rear camera and a 2MP front-facing camera. Connectivity options on the device include 4G calling option, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS. It houses a 4,800mAh battery. It measures 211.07 x 124.65 x 7.95 mm and weighs 350 grams.

The Honor MediaPad T3 10 sports a bigger 9.6-inch IPS display with a screen resolution of 1280 × 800 pixels, with 16:10 aspect ratio, and 50 per cent NTSC color gamut. It is a single SIM supported device and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with EMUI 5.1. It is powered by Snapdragon 425 clocked at 1.4GHz, is backed by a 4800mAh battery and comes with a 5MP autofocus rear camera and a secondary 2MP front camera along with 4G connectivity support with voice calling support.

The special kids corner provides a digital playground that is safe and a fun-learning experience for children. It allows kids to experience their favourite characters, games and content in a parental-controlled environment where parents can identify specific subject areas for their child to focus and control the amount of time they use the app.
