Sony Xperia XZ Pro may launch at MWC 2018

Samsung, too, has confirmed launching its flagship smartphone during the same event.

Japanese company Sony has already introduced three devices in 2018 and it seems like the brand wants to keep up with the pace by launching a new device called the Xperia XA Pro at MWC 2018.

According to a report My Drivers, the device is expected to have a 5.7-inch 4K OLED display. Powered by Snapdragon 845 with 6GB of RAM, it may have 128GB of in-built storage. Xperia XA Pro may offer a dual-rear camera setup with one 18MP sensor and a 12MP sensor. At the front, the device may feature a 13MP camera. It is expected to have a 3420mAh battery as well and IP68 certification.

CES 2018 saw Sony unveil  Xperia XA 2 Ultra, Xperia XA2 and Xperia L2. The XA 2 Ultra and XA 2 are powered by a Snapdragon 630 SoC and runs on Android Oreo. Both come with a 23MP rear camera.

And Sony will not be the only brand which is expected to unveil its latest devices; Samsung has already confirmed about launching its flagship smartphone, Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 plus on February 26.
