Honor 9 Premium announced, sports 6GB RAM, 128GB storage, dual cameras
Huawei plans to release the Sapphire Blue and Glacier Gray variants of the device on August 28.
Huawei unveiled its Honor 9 flagship smartphone last week, and now it seems that the Chinese technology giant has launched a premium version of the smartphone.
According to WinFuture, Huawei recently announced the higher-end variant of the Honor 9 that packs 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, instead of the 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage. Rest of the specifications remain the same. The Premium variant will be launched in Italy and Switzerland later this month, and it's coming soon to other parts of Europe as well. The smartphone will soon be available for pre-order starting end of August through select mobile carriers.
Huawei plans to release the Sapphire Blue and Glacier Gray variants of the device on August 28, and the Midnight Black color option on September 30, 2017.
Talking of the Honor 9, the device features a 5.15-inch Full HD LTPS IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display with 1080x1920 pixels resolution and is powered by a HiSilicon Kirin 960 chip alongside 4GB RAM, and 64GB internal storage. It also boasts a dual camera (20MP + 12 MP).
