Like a river going up and down a mountain, the smartphone market is never still, always changing, continuously evolving and constantly transforming with the next day technology. Very recent, we were made aware of the arriving foldable phones, yes, literally a working smartphone which can be folded in between just like a book. The Chinese technology company, Huawei is one of those smartphone specialists who have just confirmed the day for the dawn of foldable phones to begin.

After being delayed earlier this month, Huawei Mate X is reportedly getting launched in the month of September this year. Confirmed by a Huawei executive, the time frame for the launch of the foldable Mate X has been decided. Speaking to TechRadar, Vincent Peng, a senior vice president at the company said, “It's coming in September at the latest, probably earlier, but definitely September is guaranteed.”

The Mate X which was set for the summer launch had to be delayed for improving the quality of the foldable screen, Peng told The Wall Street Journal last week.

It is indeed a revolutionary moment in the smartphone industry and this Huawei Mate X launch will most probably decide the fate of foldable phones in the industry.
