Vivo Y53i with Ultra HD technology and face access launched
Vivo Y53i is equipped with 8MP rear camera to capture Ultra HD photos upto 32MP, as claimed by the company.
Vivo has launched its latest smartphone under its Y-series — Y53i. The handset also features Ultra HD Technology for capturing detailed photos up to 32MP, as per the company. The smartphone will be available for purchase in two colour variants — Crown Gold and Matte Black.
The dual-SIM Vivo Y53i features a 5-inch display. Under the hood, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor, coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage — expandable up to 256GB. It runs on Android Oreo.
The biggest USP of the handset is the Ultra HD feature, which the company claims that the 8MP rear camera with a LED flash can shoot multiple consecutive images and combine them to render clear photographs with a resolution as high as of an image taken by a 32MP camera. On the front, the smartphone sports a 5MP shooter with a flash.
The Vivo Y53i is fuelled by a 2500mAh battery. On the connectivity front, the smartphone includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM radio, GPS, Micro-USB, and 4G VoLTE among others. The device is priced at Rs 7,990 in India.
