Curve on this phone puts Samsung and OnePlus devices to shame
The device is wrapped by a curved glass at an 88-degree angle.
Chinese smartphone makers often surprise us with new designs, whether by a folding phone or popping a camera right out of the devices head. This time it’s Chinese tech giant Oppo who has introduced its newest innovation – a display that curves around the edges at such an extreme angle that there are no literal signs of any bezels.

Codenamed “waterfall screen,” the left and right side of the device is wrapped by a curved glass at an 88-degree angle. The glass is, of course, a part of the device's screen. The curve on edge here is much more arched than those on the Samsung Galaxy phones and the OnePlus 7 Pro.
Taking borderless smartphone innovation to new heights, we're thrilled to give you a first look at 'Waterfall Screen' technology. 🤯

Oppo flaunted several images of their new screen technology on Twitter, comparing it to their earlier released device Oppo Find X.
For the moment, the phone being shown off here is still a prototype and may end up only as a proof of concept.
