Yu Ace launched with 18:9 display for Rs Rs 5,999

Micromax subsidiary Yu Televentures has launched a new smartphone — the Yu Ace in India. The handset runs on stock Android 8.1 Oreo with the company's Steroid launcher on top.
The device features a 5.45-inch HD+ display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. under the hood, the handset is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6739 chipset, accompanied by a 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.
Optics wise, the device sports a 13MP rear camera assisted by a flash, and a 5MP front camera for selfies. There's also a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and the face unlock feature. It is backed by a 4000mAh battery. It will be available in Charcoal Grey, Elektric Blue, and Rose Gold colour options.
The Yu Ace retails at a price of Rs 5,999 and will go on sale exclusively via Flipkart from 12 PM on September 6. Additionally, the 3GB/32GB configuration will be available by the end of September, as per the company.
