Samsung Galaxy A3 is a mid-range smartphone that comes packed with octa-core CPU and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS.

Samsung is expected to launch a new range of Android smartphones in the coming weeks. Among the several, the company is set to unveil a new, mid-range smartphone in the Galaxy A series namely Galaxy A3.

The Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) was earlier spotted on GFXBench, confirming the company’s intention to introduce the model soon. In fact, Samsung has already shipped the Galaxy A3 (2017) in India for ‘testing purposes.’

Now, according to a recent report, the smartphone has even been given Bluetooth certification. The phone was listed on October 28 on an online website.

Based on the further information provided by the posting, the Galaxy A3 (2017) will be powered by Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system coupled with an octa-core processor. The device is said to offer 2GB RAM and up to 8GB of internal memory.

The phone packs a 4.7-inch Super AMOLED display and there is no word on the battery yet. On the camera front, the device is expected to pack a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera.
