Aasif Sheikh to play a kabadiwala

Veteran actor Aasif Sheikh, better known as Vibhuti from Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai, has been entertaining the audience by donning various avatars on the show. The actor is now all set to transform into a kabadiwala for an exciting track in the show. The actor has taken inspiration from none other than the late comedian Mehmood to get into the skin of the character. Dressed in a trademark lungi with a handkerchief wrapped around the neck, the actor will be seen fooling people with his new look.

In the show, Anita bhabhi (Saumya Tandon) keeps cribbing about how her husband Vibhuti is jobless. Vibhuti takes up the job of a kabadiwala to get back to Anita. Talking about the new track, Aasif says, “The viewers will get to see me as a kabadiwala. I hope they enjoy watching the latest track since I have taken cue from people I have seen in real life. I also took inspiration from the legendary comedian Mehmoodsaab.”

When asked about reprising Mehmoodsaab’s famous avatar, the actor shared, “I have watched a lot of his films. In a way, this is my tribute to him. I have taken great pains to emulate him. The final result is for the audiences to see.”
