Jay Bhanushali moved to tears

Jay Bhanushali is currently seen hosting singing reality show, The Voice India Kids, along with Sugandha Mishra, where the duo keeps the audiences hooked with their cute bickering and banter. The amiable hosts also enjoy a great equation with the little contestants of the show. Over time, the two have also forged a close bond with the participants, and tend to get a bit emotional about them. Jay recently was extremely moved by contestant Prianshi’s performance on Noor-E-Khuda, from the movie My Name is Khan and overwhelmed, he teared up.

Talking about the episode, Jay says, “I’m very fond of these kids. It’s difficult to not get involved with them. Priyanshi’s performance completely bowled me over. I forgot I’m the host and am not supposed to get carried away. But Priyanshi moved me to tears and I was completely overwhelmed. Her rendition touched my soul.” The actor further added, “I have hosted so many reality shows in the past ten years, but this is the first reality show where I see equality. Usually, the judges appreciate contestants belonging to their teams, but here it wasn’t like that. It’s so beautiful!
