Kangana is my inspiration: Ishani Sharma

Newbie Ishani Sharma has been roped in to play the protagonist in upcoming show Humko Tumse Ho Gaya Hai Pyaar Kya Karein. Incidentally, the spirited youngster also hails from Himachal Pradesh just like her idol, Kangana Ranaut. Ishani says that Kangana was highly instrumental in her venturing into showbiz. The very mention of the actress makes the debutant light up.

“Kangana is a self-made actress who has inspired many girls like me who aim to make it big in the glamour industry. She is a phenomenal performer and her awards and talent speak volumes about how she has braved all storms and single-handedly managed to establish herself in the industry. Her journey has given me the strength to work hard and carve a niche with my new show. Her wit and attitude is amazing. I particularly admire the way she picks up her projects. I hope I am able to achieve as much as she has some day,” says Ishani.

She plays the character of Anokhi Tilak Mehra in the show. “She is a spirited and quirky Delhi girl. Her near and dear ones call her ‘ATM’ because she believes only money can buy all happiness in the world. She is a practical girl of today who has no qualms accepting her love for money,” Ishani says.
