Paras Babbar, who is seen playing Sahir Modi in Saath Nibhana Saathiya, has accidentally ended up injuring his co-star Rashmi Singh while shooting for a Holi sequence. A source from the set reveals, “According to the ongoing track, Paras was busy dancing and looking at the camera. Just then his onscreen wife, Rashmi entered the scene from behind. Paras, who did not notice Rashmi, accidentally hit her nose with his elbow. The impact was so grave that Rashmi’s nose started bleeding profusely. Paras quickly rushed to her aid and helped her with immediate medical help. The shoot came to a halt for a while.”

Talking about the incident, Paras said, “Since we were shooting for the Holi sequence, everybody was excited about giving their best shot. I went all out for the performance and didn’t realise that Rashmi was standing behind me. I feel really sorry for what happened, as I know the impact was pretty grave. As soon as her nose started to bleed I thought it was my responsibility to make sure she is alright. The strong girl that she is, Rashmi didn’t let the shoot suffer and resumed work within half an hour after the incident.”
