Raghav strips on stage for role in Remo’s ABCD3

Recently Dishoom lead actors Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez visited the sets of reality show Dance Plus to promote their movie. Their presence on the sets was a reunion of sorts for show’s super judge Remo D’Souza who has directed Varun in Any Body Can Dance 2 and is currently directing Jacqueline in The Flying Jatt. Making good use of the opportunity, host of the show Raghav Juyal coaxed Remo to conduct auditions for the male lead of Any Body Can Dance 3 (ABCD 3) on the sets. Remo readily obliged.

The race to play the leading man for ABCD 3 was between Raghav and Varun. So while the audition was on, Varun challenged Raghav to strip while still on stage. Being the sport that he is, Raghav stripped down to his boxers and Varun then ended up grudgingly pouring a bucket of cold water on him. The whole incident had everyone in splits. Talking about the same, Raghav said, “We had to show how desperate we are to get the lead role for ABCD 3. One thing led to another and eventually I ended up stripping on the stage to show who’s a better actor — Varun or me. The audition was embarrassing but at the same time it was impromptu and fun. I really had a good time teaming up with Varun for it.”
