Vatsal Sheth has been charming the viewers as Aarav Trivedi in the daily show Rishton Ka Saudagar- Baazigar. Everyone on the set swears by his professionalism and the actor’s level of commitment to his work became evident recently, when he ended up spraining his neck while working out. Though the doctors treating him have advised him bed rest and physiotherapy, Sheth continues to shoot his scenes wearing a cervical collar in between the shots. Since he can’t take much time off from work, he makes it a point to go for physiotherapy sessions to make up for the rest period he skips, thanks to his work commitments.

Talking about the hectic schedule, Vatsal says, “Acting is one such profession where, unless you are admitted to the hospital, you have to continue to shoot even if you are injured or ill. And if you are doing a daily soap, things get worse as we are required to shoot almost everyday to deliver five episodes a week. In situations like this, it is impossible to take bed rest, as the telecast will suffer. So, whenever I find free time in between takes or during lunch breaks, I wear a cervical collar to support my neck. I am glad that I am at least sneaking some time out for my physiotherapy sessions every day.”
