London: Four men in London have been accused of gang-raping a teenage girl, who was intoxicated. Each of them took turns to rape her, while the other watched and laughed.

The 16-year-old girl had been drinking in excess and was out on the streets late at night when the men attacked her, said a report in Daily Mirror. Prosecutor Simon Taylor said that the girl was so drunk that she was ‘rolling on the floor.’

The accused Tamin Rahmani, 37, Shershah Muslimyar, 20 and Rafiullah Hamidy, 24, and an unnamed 16-year-old boy denied three counts of rape. The incident took place on September 18, 2016, in one of the accused men’s room.

According to evidence given by the victim, the men had taken her to a room and raped her, on a dirty mattress. Some restrained her and stood at the door so that she would not be able to escape.

The girl was unable to remember every little detail about the horrifying incident but mentioned that the men passed her around to each other.

The prosecutor said that the accused men’s DNA was found at the crime scene. Muslimyar admitted that he had had sex with the girl after he was told his DNA was found.

The men have also been accused of plotting and lying to avoid prosecution. Hamidy and the 16-year-old boy were also seen escorting the victim after the crime. Hamidy fled to Italy after the incident.

Muslimyar’ defence lawyer, Glenn Harris said that his client was not a rapist and had sex with a stranger on the street. He also added that the girl showed interest in his client.
