After working with Sonam Kapoor in Delhi 6 and Bhaag Milkha Bhaag and also with her brother Harshvardhan in Mirziya, filmmaker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra has finally got the chance to work with their father, Anil Kapoor.

Anil will soon start work on Rakeysh’s next, a satirical film titled Fanay Khan, which is set in a crowded business district of Mumbai.

Speaking of the role, an excited Anil says, “I play a Muslim man from the Bhendi Bazaar area. It is a colourful and vibrant character with a specific attitude. We are working on the dialogues, clothes and accessories for the character. This is going to be one of my most challenging and entertaining roles.”

Anil adds that he has waited for long to work with Rakeysh. “Mehra has worked with my daughter and then my son. I am the last in queue. Maybe the last will be the best.”

While this is one much expected collaboration, Anil however, discounts the chance of any collaboration with his son and daughter in the same film, at least in the near future. “If all three of us came together in a film, it would be a war zone. We are three strong-headed individuals with antithetical opinions on how to act. Forget seeing eye-to-eye, we can’t even look into one camera together.”
