After a successful run in the YRF produced web series Bang Baaja Baaraat, Ali Fazal will soon be seen in another web series, this time produced by Eros.
Krishika Lulla confirmed the news saying, “We will be shooting two to three web series. One has already started in Goa and there are a lot of actors in it such as Tom Alter, Kalki Koechlin, Ali Fazal, Gulshan Devaiah, Neil Bhoopalam etc. We don’t know which series will be released first though.”
According to a source, the web series that Ali is part of is based on the Goan mafia and it will have about ten episodes. The actor was juggling this with Mudassar Aziz’s film Happy Bhaag Jayegi and for that he had to constantly shuttle between Mumbai and Goa. He has now finished some bits of the web series and has come back to Mumbai to finish the remaining schedule of the film that is being produced by Aanand L. Rai.
