Farhan Akhtar, who plays an Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) officer in Wazir, was to be seen in civilian outfits throughout the film as per the team’s research on the attires of ATS officers. Now we hear, the makers had a special preview for some ATS officers, who they happen to know personally, and after getting their feedback, the team has decided to incorporate one scene where Farhan will be donning the uniform.
A source in the know says, “Initially, the plan was different, as most ATS officers wear civilian clothes while on duty. In fact, they barely don the uniform — may be once a week. But after seeing the preview, the ATS officers felt that the actor should be shown wearing the uniform at least once in the film. Therefore, it has now been decided to incorporate one shot of Farhan in uniform.” When contacted, the actor’s spokesperson confirmed the news.
