Media is a circus: Varun Dhawan

Varun Dhawan has always kept his personal life away from media attention, as much as possible. However, despite his best attempts, the media doesn’t seem to relent from asking him questions, especially about his rumoured girlfriend, Natasha Dalal.

While promoting Dishoom, Varun was once again asked about his love life. However, the actor, this time, firmly stood his ground and replied that he will never discuss his personal life before the media. On being asked why, he shot back, “I won’t talk about my love-life. Why should I Fans don’t want to know about my personal life.”

Varun then went a step further and called the media out, saying, “Media is a circus and I don’t want to put a girl under the limelight for all the wrong reasons.”

The actor has always kept mum when it comes to questions about Natasha, who also happens to be his childhood friend. Earlier, there were even rumours that the two were moving in together in his new apartment. However, Varun had denied it and said, “It is not true. I bought an apartment in the same building as my parents. I wanted to buy it with my own money and so it took some time. My parents are happy that I am close and around them.”
