Nishikant Kamat is all set to play the bad man Rocky Handsome that he is directing too. John Abraham plays the lead in the film, the trailer of which releases this Friday. Rocky Handsome will see John once again in full-fledged action mode after a long time. The actor beefed up for the role to ensure he looks the part. The film tells the story of a man’s search for his daughter who was kidnapped.
Interestingly, even though the film is yet to release, producer Sunir Kheterpal of Azure Entertainment, already has plans of remaking it. In fact, he is already in the middle of negotiations with some producers down south. A source told us, “Sunir is in talks with some banners down South. He intends to remake the film in Tamil and Telugu. And they plan to dub those two remakes in more languages. Both the Tamil and Telugu version will have a different leading cast.” When asked, Sunir confirmed the news, saying, “Yes, we want to remake Rocky Handsome in Telugu and Tamil.” However, Nishikant won’t be directing any of those versions.
