Sushant Singh Rajput learns to strum the guitar

Sushant Singh Rajput, who was seen promoting his film, Dhoni: The Untold Story, all over the town, has now found a new friend in his guitar. The actor is currently preparing to play a musician in Homi Adjania’s Takadum

As part of his prep work, Sushant decided to seize the moment and learn to play the musical instrument. Sushant says, “I’ve always wanted to learn to play the guitar. I got a chance to do so in Takadum. It’s like a blessing from the Gods to be able to learn a new skill.”

Sushant has even hired a mentor to teach him strum the guitar. However, Sushant reveals that the mentor not too happy with the actor’s efforts, since he picked up the instrument a little too quickly! Sushant laughs, “He thinks I am learning too fast, and that I need to slow down. Apparently I’ve picked up the seven basic chords in record time. My teacher keeps calling to express concern over my speed in learning the guitar.” Sushant is happy that his occupation lets him take up projects that require him to challenge himself. He says, “I’ve always been restless. Even when I was in a relationship, I would find time to be doing my own thing. I am a loner. I enjoy my own company more than anyone else’s. But, I am consumed by one passion at a time. Right now it’s the guitar. Even now as I talk to you I am looking longingly at the new love of my life.”
