Tamannah may have had a bit of a rocky start in Bollywood with Himmatwala and Humshakals, but things are looking good again thanks to all the praise that Baahubali has brought her way. It has got her a brand endorsement with Shah Rukh Khan to begin with and now she kick starts Baahubali 2. “Yes Baahubali got me the ad with SRK and shooting it was a surreal experience. The sequel to the film will be even more action-packed, so that’s something to look forward to,” says the actress.
Despite the debacle that Himmatwala turned out to be, the actress is in touch with Sajid Khan who gave her the film.
“I was at Sajid’s birthday party this week and I also met Saif Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar after quite a while. It was fun catching up.” A regular at red carpet events, Tamannah looks up to Kangana Ranaut’s style. “I love how she dresses and carries herself. I like the simple and classic style that Hollywood actresses sport and admire Jennifer Lawrence.” When she isn’t acting, Tamannaah works on her own line of jewellery called Wite and Gold. “When I wouldn’t shoot for films, I would spend time with dad who is into jewellery business. I’ve constantly been learning from him. Jewellery is a never-ending subject and is exciting at the same time.”
