The presidential elections in the USA have dominated headlines all over the world in the last few days. The polls are scheduled to be held on November 8 and the whole world is keen to know the outcome of the results. Democratic party nominee Hillary Clinton and Republican party nominee Donald Trump have been involved in intense campaigning over the past few months.

Several Hollywood celebrities like Beyonce, Madonna, Leonardo DiCaprio among others have openly supported Clinton’s presidential bid and even our Bollywood stars like Salman Khan, Rishi Kapoor and Vidya Balan have also supported Clinton. But the actress who has actually made USA her second home, Priyanka Chopra, has refrained from taking sides, but urged Americans to come out and vote.

In a video she shared on Instagram, the actress talks about how the elections are going to impact the whole world and how there was a lot at stake in these elections.

She says, “I may not be American, but I am a global citizen and the outcome of this election is going to impact the entire world. If you can vote, there is too much at stake in this election not to. Do not underestimate how loud your voice can be. Go out there and vote on November 8. Don’t miss a chance of being a part of history. The world is counting on you. Be the change you want to see.”
