Virtus to replace Volkswagen Vento
Expected to be priced at Rs 10 lakh to Rs 13 lakh, Virtus competes with the Skoda Slavia, Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, Honda City and Hyundai Verna
PUNE: Volkswagen on Tuesday, unveiled its all-new midsize sedan Virtus for the Indian market ahead of its launch in May.
Expected to be priced at Rs 10 lakh to Rs 13 lakh, Virtus competes with the Skoda Slavia, Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, Honda City and Hyundai Verna.
Pre-bookings are now open. The Virtus will also replace the ageing Vento sedan in India.
The most notable feature is that the Virtus is the longest vehicle in its class.
