Get Vodafone SuperHour packs for up to Rs 21, read how

Mumbai: Vodafone India, country's second largest telecom operator with over 22 crore subscribers after Bharti Airtel, has launched yet another SuperHour pack. Under the scheme, Vodafone subscribers will get unlimited 4G data and free voice calling whose validity will last for an hour.

The latest offering by Vodafone comes amidst reports of an inter-ministerial group preparing a report on country's ailing telecom sector which faces a debt of Rs 4.6 lakh crore. Bharti Airtel, Vodafone and Idea Cellular have blamed Reliance Jio for sector's dwindling revenues. Whereas, Jio has said these companies' strategy of running businesses on loans has worsened the situation.

The new scheme promises that Vodafone users can get recharges in the range of Rs 7 and Rs 21 to avail off the scheme that promises free calls to the home network and unlimited 4G data for the pre-paid customers.

"Vodafone's prepaid customers can activate or purchase 'SuperPacks' -- including SuperHour, SuperDay, SuperWeek and SuperNight offers -- through the telecom company's app called My Vodafone," a report on NDTV said.

Follow these steps to activate Vodafone's SuperHour packs

1- For getting benefits of Rs 7 pack, Vodafone customers need to log on to the My Vodafone App, those who do not have it need to download it first. In the app, there is a SuperPacks section. Click on the pack of your choice to activate it.

2- The unlimited 4G data offer is priced at Rs 21. This pack can be activated by simply touching the activating button on My Vodafone App. Customers can also dial *444*21# USSD code.

Vodafone said in a statement on its website, "Under the SuperHour packs, the benefit on unlimited Vodafone-to-Vodafone calls is not applicable on domestic roaming."

Apart from SuperHour packs, the company has lined up SuperDay, SuperNight and SuperWeek packs. Vodafone customers can access these offers in the My Vodafone app and follow similar instructions to activate them.
