Job alert: Reliance Jio is hiring college graduates, professionals
Mumbai: Days after Reliance Industries grabbed eyeballs with the announcement of its dirt-cheap JioPhone, the company has thrown open a slew of career opportunities available at its vertical Jio.
After its ‘Dhan Dhana Dhan’ offer and Rs 0 feature phone, Jio is offering jobs for a variety of profiles, for entry-level professionals as well as experiences ones.
Interested candidates can log on to Jio’s official career section on their website Jio.com. There are various categories of jobs - from those for students and freshers to corporate jobs, listed by service and geography. Go to the website and select 'How we hire' option.
One can see the three options – job search on portal, application and review of application. This will happen through - Application, Assessment and Selection.
According to an article in the Indian Express, here are the vacancies:
1. JC Exec Premium Relationship Manager
Location: Bhubaneshwar
Experience: 0-3 years
Education: Graduate’s degree from a top college. MBA preferred.
Work profile: To be a part of the customer service department. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, productivity, churn management and net promoter score.
2. JC Executive Premium Relationship Manager:
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 0-3 years
Education: Graduate from a top college and a tier 2 MBA Institute.
Work Profile: To be a part of the customer service department. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, productivity, churn management and net promoter score.
3. JC Digital Repair Specialist A
Location: Vadodara
Experience: 0-4 years
Education: 10+2, ITI, Diploma, Certification in Device Care
Work Profile: To be a part of customer service department. Responsibilities include interaction with customer on handset and troubleshoot related issues. One should be conversant in assembly or dissasy of smartphones and knowledge of repairing handsets up to L2 level.
4. JC Senior Digital Repair Specialist C
Location: Bela Pratapgarh
Experience: 0-4 years
Education: 10+2, ITI, Diploma, Certification in Device Care
Work Profile: To be a part of the customer service department. Responsibilities involve interaction with customer on handset and troubleshoot related issues, conversant in assembly or dissasy of smartphones and knowledge of repairing handsets up to L2 level.
