Chennai Super Kings or Trinidad and Tobago, it would have been the same for the hosts. So said Rajasthan Royals all-rounder Ashok Menaria ahead of the first Champions League T20 semi-final at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium here on Friday. “Our preparations have been the same as they have been for the past six months. As we do ahead of every game, we are keeping things simple. It does not really matter whether it is Chennai or Trinidad and Tobago,” he said on match eve. “At this stage of the tournament, matches are going to get tougher and tougher. We are preparing as we have done through the season.” The local lad, who is sometimes called on to open the bowling with his flat left-arm spin, said the team were keen to put their best foot forward for inspirational skipper Rahul Dravid. “I don’t know if this is his last game here, he hasn’t told us anything about that. But we would like to do our best and try and win it for him.”
