Banoffee Pie

Ingredients Digestive biscuits two big packets Six bananas Chocolate syrup (I use Hershey’s) Whipped fresh cream 1 packet Some cocoa powder Butter approx two tbsp Method Crush the biscuits into crumbs in a flat bowl and add butter to mix in. Spoon the crumbs into the base and chill for a few minutes. Then squeeze some chocolate syrup on top of it. Slice the bananas and layer half of it on top of the base, covering the entire area. Then squeeze little chocolate syrup again with a thin layer of whipped cream. Repeat the sliced banana with chocolate syrup and finally put the whipped cream on top with a dash of cocoa powder for decoration.
