Mum’s Delight!

Ingredients

50 gm white butter 1 packet horlicks or milk biscuits — powdered One fresh coconut (grated) Cadbury’s drinking chocolate powder 1 packet 1 tin condensed milk Walnuts, peeled almonds and cashews (chopped)

Method Melt butter in a baking tin and grease the tin well. Start layering! First add powdered biscuits, spread well. Then add fresh grated coconut. Sprinkle generously with lots of Cadbury’s Drinking Chocolate Pour condensed milk evenly on top of this. Garnish with chopped walnuts, almonds and cashews. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes at 200 degrees C. Keep in the middle level of the oven so the top and bottom do not burn. Check by sticking a fork in. Cut into pieces and serve with vanilla ice cream!
