Ingredients

Cream cheese 200 gm Cooked spinach cup Mozzarella 2 cups Salt 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Flour 1 cup Egg yolk of two eggs Bread crumbs 1 cup

Method Add the ingredients together and mix well. Freeze mixture for 30 minutes. Then cut frozen mixture up into sticks and dip them into flour, egg yolk and bread crumbs, in that particular order. Finally, deep fry the sticks and serve then when hot, with garlic dip or ketchup.
