Maggi cuts a roll

INGREDIENTS Cubes of cottage cheese 1/4 cup shredded cabbage 1 spring onion cut lengthwise Maggi noodles and tastemaker 1 cup of Barbecue sauce/chilly sauce 1 tbsp oil

INGREDIENTS Cubes of cottage cheese 1/4 cup shredded cabbage 1 spring onion cut lengthwise Maggi noodles and tastemaker 1 cup of Barbecue sauce/chilly sauce 1 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp ginger chilli paste A pinch of Oregano Method: Heat 1 tbsp. oil. Saute well-marinated paneer chunks and spring onions for about a minute or two in a saucepan. Now, add boiled Maggi and sprinkle a packet of tastemaker. Blend mildy so that the spices are uniformly mixed. Add some oregano, and chilly/barbecue sauce and let it cook without putting the lid on. Turn off the stove and transfer the mixture into a clean bowl. Spread the mixture on spring roll wrappers, while ensuring it isn’t overfilled. Deep fry.
