Udupi Rava Vada
Ingredients Rava — quarter kilo One glass curd or 100 gm Potatoes four medium sized boiled and peeled Curry leaves chopped Grated coconut Green chillies chopped Coriander, chopped Salt to taste
Method:
Take rava in a bowl. Add curd and potatoes and mash it. Add some green chillies, coriander and curry leaves, grated coconut, a pinch of hing and salt to taste. l Mix all these ingredients and keep aside for about 20 minutes. l Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the batter after moulding it into vada shapes with your hands. These delicious Udupi style rava vadas are ready to eat with some coconut chutney on the side.
