Shooting of Akshay Kumar's Gold gets delayed?

Gold, backed by Excel Entertainment is about India's first Olympic medal win as a free nation in 1948 at the 14th Olympic Games at London.

Akshay Kumar’s ambitious project, Gold, directed by Reema Kagti, has been in the news right since it went on floors. Now, we hear that the shooting of the film has been delayed.

A source reveals, “Earlier the film was supposed to be wrapped up by November, but there have been some location issues. Now, the last schedule will be shot only in December. The set that was erected in Film City also went through a few changes.”

Gold, backed by Excel Entertainment is about India’s first Olympic medal win as a free nation in 1948 at the 14th Olympic Games at London. It is slotted to release on Independence Day, 2018. The film stars Akshay and Mouni Roy.
