Woman-centric film for Urmila Matondkar?
The graceful dancer that Urmila is, she will also be shooting for an item number soon.
She dominated the Hindi film industry in the ’90s till she decided on a self-imposed sabbatical. Now we hear some filmmakers are keen to get the Rangeela girl back on screen and have already offered her a few scripts.
A source close to the actress says, “She has been reading scripts for a while, but nothing exciting has come her way. Having said that, she has received many women-centric roles, and there is this one particular script that she has liked, but she has not signed it yet.”
The graceful dancer that Urmila is, she will also be shooting for an item number soon. Bollywood, it seems, is not ready to let go of her yet, which is fantastic news for her fans.
“She has been reading scripts, but nothing is confirmed right now,” her PR agency quoted.
