'Saaho', a multi-lingual action flick, stars Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles.
Mumbai: South superstar Prabhas has started shooting for his upcoming multi-lingual action thriller 'Saaho', which is rumoured to be made on a budget of Rs. 300 crore. After blockbuster success of SS Rajamouli's 'Baahubali', audiences are super excited to see Prabhas in his next film.
The team is currently shooting in Dubai, UAE and a major action sequence is being worked upon under the skilful supervision of international stunt choreographer Kenny Bates. According to a statement, a whopping Rs. 90 crore is being spent on the action sequence alone.
Speaking on the shooting in Dubai and Abu Dhabi later, Prabhas said in the statement, “We are all excited to be shooting in Abu Dhabi - friends in the industry have told me that it’s an incredible filming destination boasting awe-inspiring landscapes, and it is certainly living up to that reputation. I’ve been impressed at the level of support we’ve received from twofour54, the local crews, the fans, and the government, who are all going out of their way to make things as smooth as possible.”
Being helmed by Sujeeth, 'Saaho' boasts of whopping Rs 300 crore budget. The film also stars Shraddha Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Mandira Bedi in important roles.
The film is expected to release later this year.
