Ever since Parineeti Chopra tweeted a picture of a bicycle stating, “The perfect trip with the most amazing partner. Love is in the air,” she has been trolled by many, including Indian cricket’s all-round sensation Hardik Pandya.
Hardik, who is currently in Sri Lanka playing a bilateral series, tweeted, “Can I guess? I think this is a second Bollywood & Cricket link, (sic)” leading to speculations about Pari’s links to a cricketer along the same lines as Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli.
Immediately, most of Parineeti’s fans started trolling Hardik even comparing the grass under the parked cycle to the mop on the cricketer’s head. By that time Parineeti also replied with a “maybe, maybe not”.
As it turns out, Pari was not referring to the cycle. She was trying to endorse a new phone, which has a camera. The banter being batted back and forth was certainly interesting while it lasted. But looking at Hardik’s response, one can’t help but wonder if there is something that Pandya knows that Pari is not saying.
