Akshay Kumar, John Abraham are good human beings, says Mouni Roy

Mouni Roy, whom we last saw with Akshay Kumar in Gold, has started working on her next project – the John Abraham-starrer Raw. The actress says that she’s surprised to find how humble her co-stars are, despite their stature. “The stars are very humble and good human beings despite being so famous. Both Akshay and John are very helpful to newcomers,” she says.

She seems to be especially in awe of John Abraham. “When you meet John for the first time, it’s natural to be intimidated by his athletic build and incredible talent. But he brings so much positivity and calmness to the sets. It’s really great to see that such popular actors have no airs. They make you feel at home, and that gives a newcomer like me a chance to give my best,” Mouni says.

The actress also has Dharma Productions’ Brahmastra in her kitty, but she isn’t willing to tell us about her role in either of her upcoming projects.  “We have been told not to reveal anything at all, so I can’t tell you much. But I play the villain,” she says, speaking about Brahmastra.
